DESCRIPTION:
Genes down-regulated in cisplatin senstive (Brca1-/p53-) tumors following a brief cisplatin treatment vs untreated. The tumors were engineered. Changes in proteins levels in lystates were analyzed by in-gel digestion and Nano-liquid Chromatography-Fourier Transformation-Mass Spectrometry (nanoLC-FT-MS). Only genes with p values of 0.05 or less are used.
