Cerebellum Gene Expression Correlates for HARGREAVES_MEANBOTH measured in BXD RI Males obtained using SJUT Cerebellum mRNA M430 (Mar05) RMA. The HARGREAVES_MEANBOTH measures Thermal Nociception Hargreaves' Test under the domain Pain. The correlates were thresholded at a p-value of less than 0.001.

QTL for METH responses for chewing on ChrX at DXNcvs10 (74.58 Mbp , Build 37)
Description:
METH responses for chewing spans 49.58 - 99.58 Mbp (NCBI Build 37) on ChrX. This interval was obtained by using an interval width of 25 Mbp around the peak marker (Build 37, MGI, http://informatics.jax.org).

Genes with particular expression in Cerebellum, that are not associated with particular expression in any other ABA annotated structures. Data computed by Jeremy Jay from original ABA source data.
Classical fear conditioning requires the recognition of conditioned stimuli (CS) and the association of the CS with an aversive stimulus. We used Affymetrix oligonucleotide microarrays to characterize changes in gene expression compared to naive mice in both the amygdala and the hippocampus 30 min after classical fear conditioning and 30 min after exposure to the CS in the absence of an aversive stimulus. This gene set contains upregulated genes in the amygdala.

In 3-month-old C57BL/6J mice, 2229 genes (1980 up-regulated vs. 449 down-regulated) were differentially expressed 1 hour after fear conditioning when compared with the age-matched control group in the hippocampus. False Discovery rate (FDR) < 5%, fold change log2 ≥ 1.

In 3-month-old C57BL/6 mice, 1539 differentially expressed genes (1362 up-regulated vs. 177 down-regulated) were specific for associative learning (learning-regulated genes)in the hippocampus using fear conditioning. False Discovery rate (FDR) < 5%, fold change log2 ≥ 1
