FBXW7 protein expression was very low in tumors with FBXW7 mutation led to loss of the protein (Fig. 2c). In an additional cohort (n = 40), we determined that FBXW7 protein was down-regulated in 33% tumors (Supplementary Fig.7; Supplementary Table 8b).
