DESCRIPTION:
This set describes genes that are upregulated in the MDA-MB-231 cell line that has been silenced for CXCR4 and treated with cisplatin. These cells are more sensitive to cisplatin than the parental line. This result was confirmed in MDA-MB-468 cells transfected with CXCR4. The caspase 3 result represents cleaved caspase 3.
