Gene Ontology (GO) gene set. This set contains genes that have been annotated to the GO term "DNA-dependent protein kinase-DNA ligase 4 complex", which is defined as "A large protein complex which is involved in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks and, in mammals, V(D)J recombination events. It consists of the DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs), the DNA end-binding heterodimer Ku, the nuclear phosphoprotein XRCC4 or a homolog thereof, and DNA ligase IV."
