This set contains genes that have been annotated to the GO term "Ragulator complex", which is defined as "A eukaryotically conserved protein complex; in humans, it is comprised of LAMTOR1, LAMTOR2, LAMTOR3, LAMTOR4, and LAMTOR5. The complex is anchored to lipid rafts in late endosome membranes via LAMTOR1, constitutes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for the Rag GTPases." This gene set was automatically constructed using annotation and ontology data provided by GO and only includes annotations with experimental and curatorial evidence codes (EXP, IDA, IPI, IMP, IGI, IEP, TAS, IC).
