DESCRIPTION:
Genes up-regulated in cisplatin senstive (Brca1-/p53-) tumors following a brief cisplatin treatment vs untreated. The tumors were engineered. Changes in proteins levels in lystates were analyzed by in-gel digestion and Nano-liquid Chromatography-Fourier Transformation-Mass Spectrometry (nanoLC-FT-MS). Only genes with p values of 0.05 or less are used. This set should be compared to three other sets from this publication:down-regulated with cisplatin in Brac1-tumors and up/down regulated with cisplatin in Cdh1-/;p53- Genes were mapped to MGI identifiers. The following genes were not mapped: Nup21, C6orf1, Fam76, Thrap, U2sur, and Slc16
