Microarray results from behavioral sensitization synaptoneurosome experiment. Tissue obtained from DBA2/J mice subjected to ethanol sensitization protocol (SS, SE, ES, EE), was used in a synaptoneursome preparation to produce S2 and P2 (synaptically enriched) fractions. RMA values calculated from microarray data (MO Gene 1.0ST Array) for S2 samples alone. Gene level data was analyzed using LIMMA and genes were found to be significant between SES2 and EES2 at a FDR of 0.20.
