The tests preformed looked at IPIP A (warmth), IPIP C and NEO C (conscientiousness), IPIP E and NEO E (extraversion), IPIP ES (emotional stability), IPIP I (intellect), NEO A (agreeableness), NEO O (openness to experience), and NEO N (neuroticism) to determine their relationship to human longevity. This study also found that the genes MAT2A and SYNJ12 are present in younger cohorts as well as in older cohorts. In this data set, a value of 1 indicates that the given gene was present.
