			LABEL: Scopolamine rats diff. genes DESCRIPTION: Scopolamine hydrobromide (Sigma, St Louis, MO, USA) was dissolved in physiological saline and administered (0.4 mg/kg i.p.) to 58 7-month-old male Long-Evans rats 20 min before MWM training daily for 4 days. Control animals were administered an equal volume of physiological saline. Gene expression profiles of the dorsal hippocampus of each animal were investigated using individual Affymetrix high-density oligonucleotide microarrays containing 28,757 different genes.
