This set contains genes that have been annotated to the GO term "amyloid precursor protein catabolic process", which is defined as "The chemical reactions and pathways resulting in the breakdown of amyloid precursor protein (APP), the precursor of amyloid-beta, a glycoprotein associated with Alzheimer's disease."
