DESCRIPTION:
This set describes genes that are downregulated in the MDA-MB-231 cell line that has been silenced for CXCR4 and treated with cisplatin. These cells are more sensitive to cisplatin than the parental line. We include CXCR4 in the gene set. This result was confirmed in MDA-MB-468 cells transfected with CXCR4.
